The office of Gov. Eric Holcomb announced several appointments to various state boards and commissions.
Alcohol and Tobacco Commission
Three reappointments; terms end Jan. 31, 2026:
- Jessica Allen (Indianapolis), also will serve as commission chair
- Dale Grubb (Covington), former member of the Indiana House of Representatives
- Marjorie Maginn (Indianapolis), former president and executive director of the Women in Government Foundation
Two new appointments; terms end Jan. 31, 2026:
- Jim Payne (Indianapolis), senior advisor with Public Consulting Group
- Drew Wignall (Carmel), former deputy prosecutor with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office; will serve as prosecutor for the commission.
