Methodist Hospitals will hold a Donate Life Flag Raising Ceremony to build organ and tissue donation awareness and encourage staff to register their decisions to save lives through the Hospitals for Hope Campaign.

Hospital employees, leadership and community members will be in attendance. The event will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Methodist Hospitals Northlake Campus, Lower Level Lobby, 600 Grant St. Gary, Indiana..  The program will include:

Proclamation Donate Life Month at Methodist Hospitals by Raymond Grady, Methodist Hospitals, President & CEO.

Commitment to Partnership by Diana Goodwin, Methodist Hospitals, Director of Nursing and Quality Compliance and Chair of the Gift of Hope Committee

Remarks by Kevin Cmunt, CEO/President. Gift of Hope Organ a& Tissue Donor Network – Kevin Cmunt will honor fallen Merrillville Police Officer Nick Schultz, who as an organ donor, continued saving lives after his death. Members of his family will be in attendance.
