The chief operating officer of Fracto Inc. in Francesville is the 2022 chair of the Indiana Manufacturers Association board of directors.
Bill Champion is a member of the association’s Hall of Fame. He joined Fracto in 2011, after spending nearly 35 years in the insurance industry as a commercial risk manager.
