MUNSTER – Jill Hasiak, vice president of cash management at Citizens Financial Bank, has been elected chairperson of Munster’s Plan Commission for 2011.
“Munster is the headquarters of Citizens Financial Bank and we feel a special relationship to the residents and businesses in Munster and Lake County,” said Dale Clapp, executive vice president of sales management. “Jill is dedicated to Munster and surrounding communities and demonstrates our commitment to personal business banking. We are very proud to have Jill Hasiak as a member of our management team.”
The Munster Plan Commission is comprised of members of the town council and residents appointed by the council. The commission hears requests to subdivide, rezone or make changes to the zoning and subdivision codes. It works with the Community Development Department to make sure all structures in Munster are properly built and that they enhance their surroundings.
