VALPARAISO – Valparaiso Partners has announced plans to develop offices in the former McGill Manufacturing building at 259 W. Indiana Ave., in downtown. The proposal encompasses 2,400 square feet and will be home to a law office on the upper floor.
Work on the project has been underway since 2008, but the original plans for a 3,200-square-foot development were cut back because of the economic downturn.
