SOUTH BEND – HREC Real Estate of Colorado has been hired to market the 25-story Chase Tower. The company has listed the purchase price of the building as $8.3 million.
HREC was hired by Huntington National Bank, which is the court-appointed received for the building. The title to the building is held by Dillingham Hill LLC, which is in foreclosure.
