Centier Bank announces latest staff appointments

Merrillville-based Centier Bank named Yolanda Davis vice president, community reinvestment act officer and Frank Marquez joined the bank’s mortgage lending team.

Davis joined Centier in April 2021 and has more than three decades of banking experience. She spent more than 20 years in lending and in developing CRA programs and is an alumnus of Indiana Wesleyan University.

Davis resides in LaPorte with her daughter. She serves as board president for the Urban League of Northwest Indiana, treasurer for Citizen’s Concerned for the Homeless, is a member in the Indiana CRA Bankers Association and the Greater Michigan City Chapter of the Drifters, and is an active member at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Marquez is an alumnus of Wesleyan University, with a degree in business management. He spent the last six years working in the mortgage industry.

Marquez resides in Crown Point with his wife, Irene, and their two sons.

Centier operates more than 60 locations across Indiana and has more than $5.3 billion in assets.
