Voting for 2024 Best of Business Awards delayed …

Buy Us A Coffee

Hello, readers, Thank you for your interest in our 2024 Best of Business Awards. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for our IT expert to finalize our new website: bestof.nwindianabusiness.com.

Some of you even thought it was an April Fool's Day joke when voting did not start on April 1 as promised. I do not take it lightly and am sorry for the inconvenience — especially to those who have reached out to me personally.

We have been working on a new website to streamline nominations and voting. But we ran into some technical issues. I was assured they had been worked out, but more problems came up.

Voting will start soon, but I won't promise here. Instead, watch for an email if you are a subscriber to our newsletter or look for an update here on our website. If you have reached out to me, I will let you know as soon as I do.

Dozens of businesses and organizations will be recognized in seven distinct categories in two regions: Northwest Indiana and Michiana. Readers are allowed to vote in each category once a day through April 26. Winners will be announced on our website in mid-May. The list of winners will be published in our June/July issue.

The survey provides readers the opportunity to acknowledge local business leaders who are excelling in their service to the community.

We thank you for your patience and interest in our annual survey!

Sincerely, Heather Pfundstein, publisher and executive editor
