Munch’s Supply chose Steve Raimondi and Adam Slusher to lead HVAC distribution in three states.

Midwest-based Munch’s Supply is a distributor of heating, cooling and plumbing products.

Raimondi and Slusher will serve as market presidents. Raimondi will oversee operations at nine locations in Illinois and Indiana. Slusher will oversee operations at 11 locations in Michigan.

“Steve and Adam are individuals of high character who lead by example and are dedicated to both their teams and customers,” said Mike Hendershott, regional business unit president, in a press release. “Those are values that Munch's Supply was built on, making them ideal fits for continuing the company's success.”

Raimondi started working at Munch’s Supply as a high school student. During his 20 years with the company, he held multiple positions.

“I've spent my entire career at Munch's Supply, learning the ins and outs of the industry from the very best,” Raimondi said. “From new technology to the age-old value of customer service, there's an opportunity for Munch's to continue providing its customers with the very best. I'm excited for the possibilities ahead.”

Slusher has been in the HVAC industry since 2007. He previously worked for Carrier Enterprise, where he earned the Carrier Executive Leadership Award and was a finalist for the UNC-Wilmington's Men's Summit Award.

“I'm very excited for the opportunity to grow and develop Munch's presence in the Michigan market,” Slusher said. “I have a deep passion for new technologies, along with experience with commercial, Ductless/VRF and other HVAC systems. I'm looking forward to exploring new opportunities within those segments. The goal is to rapidly grow our footprint in the market, while keeping in touch with Munch's longstanding culture and values.”

Munch's Supply is part of Marcone Group, a Missouri-based company that distributes HVAC, plumbing, kitchen, pool and spa parts.
