Sales of existing homes in Northwest Indiana totaled 699, down 30.9% when compared to 1,011 closed sales in May 2019.

Pandemic fuels drop in sales of existing homes in April

With people sheltered in place during the pandemic in recent weeks, Realtors expected the crisis to lead to a drop in sales of existing homes during April. Numbers showed an 11.9% drop compared to April 2019.
