MISHAWAKA – Franciscan Alliance has announced it is putting its two Illinois hospitals up for sale. Eleven of Franciscan’s 13 hospitals are in Indiana. The two in Illinois – in Chicago Heights and Olympia Fields – recently underwent $300 million in improvements. An outside health consultant has been hired to help Franciscan through the process.
