Citizens Financial bank declares dividend

MUNSTER – Citizens Financial Bank’s board of directors has announced a quarterly dividend of one cent per share, payable on Jan. 25 to shareholders of record on Jan. 4. The dividend was unchanged from the third quarter. CFS Bancorp, the parent company for Citizens Financial, has assets of $1.1 billion.
