MICHIGAN CITY – A $16.5 million expansion project has been announced by Hearthside Food Solutions in Michigan City. The project at the corner of U.S. 20 and Ohio Street on the city’s west side will include a new production line. The new line will allow Hearthside to begin producing a new product for customers. The
VALPARAISO – Centier Bank has begun work on a new branch office on Morthland Drive, not far from Indiana 2. It will replace a current office two blocks away. Centier opened that branch in 1994. The new office will have a larger lobby, more offices, more drive-through lanes, safety deposit boxes and a 24-hour ATM.

SOUTH BEND – Regular passenger service between South Bend Regional Airport and Denver has begun on Frontier Airlines. Frontier offers four flights a week with arrivals on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Departures are on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Service will be on a 138-seat Airbus 319.
