Community rated best for cardiac services

MUNSTER – Community Hospital has been rated best hospital in Northwest Indiana for overall cardiac services, including cardiology and heart surgery, stroke care, overall neurosciences services and vascular surgery. Avery-Dennison’s Schererville plant sold

SCHERERVILLE – Avery-Dennison Corp.’s aluminum pigment production operation in Schererville has been sold to Eckart Effect Pigments of Wesel, Germany. Eckhart said the transaction will not affect the 40 workers at the Schererville plant, which will become the company’s third U.S. production facility. Eckhart has distributed Avery-Dennison’s aluminum pigments for more than 20 years.
