Neil Samahon has been president and CEO of Opportunity Enterprises in NW Indiana since 2019. The non-profit serves individuals with intellectual disabilities. He spent 25 years in the recycling industry as CEO of Metro Recycling. Samahon also is the vice chair of the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities and the chair of the Leadership Council of the National Federation of Independent Business. Samahon is passionate about engaging with companies looking for staffing solutions, matching appropriate candidates with disabili-ties to successfully fill a variety of employment needs nationwide.
