David Ober
David Ober is the senior vice president of business operations and finance at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Before joining the chamber's team in 2022, he was a commissioner for four years at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He was a state representative in District 82 from 2012 to 2018. Ober earned a master's degree from Ball State University and bachelor's degree from Purdue University Northwest.
