Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial is expanding its footprint to Colorado’s Front Range.

With the establishment of a new branch in Denver, Latitude Commercial is extending their property management services.

Chris Marshall will help lead Latitude Commercial’s efforts in Colorado as property manager and market director.

“We recognize the area’s dynamic mix of business opportunities, innovation and community growth,” Marshall said in a press release. “We are excited to offer our experience and expertise to support Denver’s strong commercial real estate market and serve as a resource for property owners and investors to effectively manage their commercial properties while increasing NOI, asset performance and tenant satisfaction.”

Ryne Pishkur will serve as the director of property management. Meghan Delacruz will serve as director of finance.

Latitude Commercial has managed and brokered properties throughout Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area for nearly two decades. The company has a portfolio of over 75 properties. Latitude Commercial manages over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space and supports over 400 tenants.
