MICHIGAN CITY – Franciscan Alliance St. Anthony Health in Michigan City has acquired HealtheAccess Clinics LLC. The company has four offices in Valparaiso and Portage.

HealtheAccess was founded in 2009 and offers occupational medicine, physical exams, drug and alcohol testing, lab services and wellness programs.

Owner Don Kiger said the company’s names, locations, services, technology and processes will remain the same.
