GARY – Lawanda Jones, director of quality at Methodist Hospitals, has been nominated by Al Faber, president and CEO of the Partnership for Excellence, to the Board of Examiners for the 2013 Awards Cycle.
The awards are modeled after the Baldridge National Quality Award and represent the highest level of recognition for performance excellence and innovation an organization can receive in Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia.
Jones is responsible for reviewing and evaluating applications submitted for the awards program. The Partnership of Excellence’s mission is to cultivate performance excellence and continuous improvement among business, education, government, healthcare and non-profit organization.
