Powers Health plans to expand its St. Mary Medical Center Outpatient Center in Valparaiso for the third time since it opened in 2013.
The project will expand the at 3800 St. Mary Drive, Valparaiso, location by two floors. That's 71,000 square feet of space for more outpatient therapy services, orthopedic physician offices and audiology, and primary and specialty physician offices.
“This will be our third expansion on the Valparaiso campus within five years,” said Janice Ryba, CEO of St. Mary Medical Center, in a press release. “This location remains a vital link in our ability to build healthier communities and offer convenient access to comprehensive outpatient services, as well as access to primary care and multiple physician practice specialties.”
The project also includes renovations to the first and second floors of the building to expand its cardiology services and on the third floor for neuro-diagnostics services.
