The NWIBizHub will feature Trudy Menke, a leadership specialist, during a workshop Feb. 19.
Menke is the founder of Trudy Menke Reframing Leadership based in La Porte. Menke specializes in executive coaching, strategic planning and leadership development in a consulting role.
The “Momentum: Understanding, Building, and Sustaining Lasting Progress for People and Performance” workshop will include how organizations can turn ideas into action.
“This workshop will discuss what momentum is, why it matters, how to recognize it, and what it takes to sustain (or restart) it when fading,” according to a press release.
The La Porte County Public Library Outreach Services Coordinator Dania Bocanegra will co-host the event.
Menke has more than 25 years experience in marketing, sales and team building. Menke is a founding member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team program, which now has 50,000 members in 163 countries.
After the workshop, participants are invited to tour the La Porte County Public Library Makerspace. It includes 3D printers, laser cutters and wood lathes.
