Latitude Commercial facilitated the sale of a 60,000-square-foot warehouse in Griffith to an unnamed investor.

The multi-tenant property was fully leased when the sale was finalized.

“Situated along the Ridge Road corridor, the property benefits from strong regional connectivity and proximity to major transportation routes, making it an attractive location for a diverse mix of light industrial tenants,” according to a press release from Latitude Commercial.

Antony Miocic represented the seller, and Brett McDermott the buyer. Both work for Latitude Commercial in Crown Point.

The property is at 500 E. Ridge Road.
