Workshop aims to turn aspirations into plans

NWI BizHub is hosting a workshop to help small business owners and entrepreneurs turn ideas into practical, actionable business plans.

The workshop New Year, New Plan: Turn Your Aspirations into a Structured Business Plan that Delivers Results will take place Jan. 22.

Speakers will include Eric Beschinski, Northwest Indiana Small Business Development Center ecosystem navigator, and Mikie Stogsdill, Starke County Economic Development Foundation executive director.

The session is geared to entrepreneurs who are refining existing business plans or starting from scratch. The speakers will guide attendees through the essential components of building a strong plan that supports growth and long-term success. Participants will gain real-world tools, practical guidance and a clear path forward.
