Constant Clean Maid Service has signed a long-term lease to occupy about 1,200 square feet of office space at 131 Ridge Road in Munster.

The new office will support Constant Clean’s expanding operations. It will provide an upgraded workspace for administrative staff, client coordination and team management.

Constant Clean Maid Service provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Northwest Indiana. The company has offices in Munster and Crown Point.

Antony Miocic of Crown Point–based Latitude Commercial brokered the lease transaction.

“Constant Clean Maid Service is a strong local operator, and 131 Ridge Road is an ideal fit for their needs,” Miocic said in a press release. “We’re pleased to help facilitate their continued success in the Region.”

Latitude Commercial serves Indiana and Illinois. The company provides commercial real estate services such as purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation and commercial property management.
