The Gary Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 17th Lakeshore Basketball Classic Dec. 5-6.
The chamber’s annual Lakeshore Basketball Classic Corporate Luncheon will take place Dec. 2.
Past luncheons have featured speakers such as Bryce Drew, Gene Keady, Gregg Popovich, Oscar Robertson, Kenny Lofton, Dick Barnett and Winston Garland. This year, E’Twaun Moore will serve as guest speaker.
Moore was a high school state basketball champion at East Chicago Central and an Indiana All-Star selection. He played at Purdue West Lafayette and had a career in the NBA. Moore has received multiple awards and accolades.
The luncheon will take place 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 2, at the Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana in Gary. Doors open at 11 a.m. for networking. Learn more here.
