Popcorn Festival organizers choose AV provider

HQ Production Audio, a Northwest Indiana–based audiovisual production company, has been selected as the AV provider for the 2025 Valparaiso Popcorn Festival, Sept. 6.

HQ Production Audio will provide audio equipment and technical support for the announcer stands along the parade route, as well as the Popcorn Panic race. Their team will be on-site to ensure clear, reliable sound for race participants, parade attendees and festivalgoers throughout the day.

“We are honored to play a part in a festival that means so much to Valparaiso and the surrounding communities,” said Joe Hasik, HQ Production Audio owner, in a press release. “Our team takes pride in delivering professional, dependable AV services, and we’re excited to help keep the energy and announcements flowing at this year’s Popcorn Festival.”

HQ Production Audio provides audiovisual services for galas, corporate events, fundraisers and community gatherings throughout Chicagoland. The company’s services include sound systems, lighting and live event production.

Valparaiso’s annual Popcorn Festival celebrates the city’s heritage with a day of activities, entertainment, vendors, the Popcorn Panic Run/Walk and the Popcorn Parade. The Popcorn Festival draws tens of thousands of attendees each year.
