Lisa Fronek, CEO of Generate Sales and Marketing in Crown Point, is no stranger to running a small business.
Her family's business was the Lake County Greenhouse from 1913-2004. Now she is expanding her own business with “The Shop” showroom, an expanded warehouse that with feature Generate Sales and Marketing‘s products and offer clients a space to consider the possibilities.
“I grew up behind the counter of our family business right down the road,” said Fronek in a press release. “The original bells from the flower shop hang over our door, and remind me of family, history and community. I smile every time I walk in.”
The new showroom at at 1217 Arrowhead Court will showcase the company's custom branded promotional products, print and apparel. It was designed to foster collaboration and branding strategies.
“We are thrilled to open ‘The Shop’ and our new warehouse facility in Crown Point,” Fronek said. “This new space allows us to offer a personalized experience, where clients can explore the latest trends and brainstorm ideas for their brand.”
The company offers customizable products from drinkware to bags, office equipment, clothing and much more.
Tristen Kerwin also recently was hired as the company's creative sales strategist. She formerly was with Generate from 2014-2018 before becoming CEO of Bauer Family Resources in Lafayette. She also was the CEO of the Clinton County Family YMCA, membership director at the Crossroads Chamber and a marketing coordinator at the Duneland Family YMCA.
