Merrillville-based Centier Bank promoted Joe DiNicolantonio to senior partner.
As a senior partner, DiNicolantonio will guide Centier Bank’s growth initiatives and help expand the bank’s presence.
DiNicolantonio’s promotion comes after he played a central role in Centier Bank’s growth last year. In 2024, Centier opened or expanded five branches, including its first in Hendricks County. The bank relocated its Carmel banking center to add space and completed a 13,500-square-foot renovation and expansion of its Fort Wayne location.
“Joe has played an instrumental role in our market expansion over the last year,” said Michael Schrage, Centier Bank CEO and board chairman, in a press release. “His invaluable leadership, strategic vision and commitment to service will continue to propel Centier’s impact on customers and communities throughout Indiana for years to come.”
DiNicolantonio joined Centier Bank in March 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing business strategies to his new role. He previously served at Simmons Bank, Atlantic Capital and Regions Bank.
“Since day one with Centier, I’ve been excited to help grow our retail division to new heights,” DiNicolantonio said. “It is an honor to be named a senior partner and continue to spearhead our efforts in delivering remarkable experiences at every touchpoint.”
Centier Bank was founded in 1895. The bank currently operates over 60 offices across 12 counties. Centier Bank is a private, family-owned bank.
