HAMMOND – The South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority will hold its 2nd Tourism Tech Summit from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at the Indiana Welcome Center.
Guest speakers include Frankie Lemer of Simpleview Inc., on search engine optimization; LAINAIR group on securing a network; and Kathy Sipple on maximizing the benefits of LinkedIn.
Other topics include utilizing online tools for small business such as QR codes, Living Social and Groupon deals.
