SOUTH BEND – Toscana Park, under the new ownership of Great Lakes Capital Development, continues to transform and develop into a mixed-use retail shopping center.

The center is now home to Tui Sei Bella, a dace fitness studio, and Progressive Insurance. They join existing tenants Villa Macri, Cross Fit 061, Blueberry Hill restaurant, Budget Blinds, Foot Solutions and Classic Image Photography.
Toscana Park is at Garwood Road and Indiana 23, near the University Park retail trade area.
