BREMEN – Bremen Castings Inc. has received the 2011 Partners for Clean Air Award from MACOG, a regional planning group based in South Bend, and NIPSCO.

Bremen Castings received the award based on energy savings reported in their Recycling Promotion and Assistance Fund Recycling Market Development Grant. It helped the company install additional melting furnaces which added 36 new jobs, allowing the company to increase recycling by 12,000 tons a year.
