SOUTH BEND – Royal Adhesives & Sealants of South Bend has acquired a New Hampshire company, Extreme Adhesives.
Royal Adhesives is owned by Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity group in New York. In the last two years, the company has acquired two other adhesive companies, bringing total employment to 330. In South Bend, the company has 130 employees.
The company specializes in adhesives used to manufacture trucks, trailers, aircraft, RVs and boats.
