Merrillville-based Centier Bank recently appointed new executives and a new branch manager.
Appointments include: Dana Snyder, assistant vice president and business banking officer at its Fort Wayne location; Ryan Glassman, operations and performance analyst manager at its Merrillville headquarters; and Jessica Higareda, branch manager of the Martha Street location in Highland.
Snyder brings 12 years of banking experience, having worked with small business, non-profit, commercial and industrial, and owner-occupied commercial real estate clients.
She is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a degree in finance and Indiana’s Kelley School of Business MBA program.
Glassman has 12 years of experience in building and analyzing algorithmic trading strategies. He is responsible for project management, analysis, and report creation for operations, retail, and other departments as needed.
After being honorably discharged from the Marines in 1999, Glassman graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in management.
Higareda has 15 years of prior community banking experience, specializing in community relations and participation. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in general studies from Indiana University Northwest.
Centier Bank operates 64 locations across Indiana and has more than $4.5 billion in assets.
