Silent auction for cancer patient care package group Phil’s Friends May 17

Phils FriendsThe fourth annual Indiana Hope Dinner and Silent Auction to benefit Phil’s Friends is set for May 17 at Avalon Manor, 3550 E. Lincoln Highway in Merrillville.

The silent auction opens at 6 p.m. with the dinner and program to follow between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Proceeds benefit Phil’s Friends, a Roselle, Ill.-based non-profit group founded by two-time cancer survivor Phil Zielke, which provides care packages and support to people affected by cancer.

Phil’s Friends has a location in Crown Point at 1249 Arrowhead Court.

There is no cost to attend the dinner but attendees are requested to register. To register visit www.philsfriends.org.
