FREE WEIGHT LOSS CLASS

Internal Medicine Practitioner Mary Tilak, MD, PC, will discuss the different aspects of the medical weight loss journey. Learn how you can reveal the “New You” empowered with good health, self-esteem and confidence with the support of our experienced team. Weight Loss Options to Fit Your Life will be held on Dec 21 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the Community Hospital Medical Office Building, located at 801 MacArthur Blvd., Munster, Ind.

ATTENTION NEW MOMS-

YOU ARE INVITED TO TLC: THE LACTATION CLINIC

Moms-join us on Wed, Dec. 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for our free Breastfeeding Support Group and our free “drop in” clinic. Come at 9:00 to meet as a group and there will be a topic to share. Come anytime during the 4 hours just to “drop in” for a lactation consultation or a baby weight check without an appointment. This will be held at Community Hospital, 901 MacArthur Blvd., 4th floor Parkview Tower, North entrance. Valet parking available at no charge. Questions? Call 219-836-4574.
