ELKHART – Two consecutive years of controlled 20-plus percent growth and a trend in expansion opportunities are causing realignment among Days Corporation’s top tier executives. Working with over 200 local, national and international businesses, Days forecasts continuous job creation and is seeking new hires among its different divisions.
Nate Carpenter has accepted the broadened responsibility of CFO from his previous position as the Vice President, Finance. Kevin Schmidt has accepted the additional position of Vice President along with his role as Director of the Equalizer Systems division and Director of Corporate Sales. Regan Beasley has also accepted the position of Vice President in addition to her position as Corporate Marketing Director. Her new position liaisons with the CEO and CFO in regards to planning, implementing, and directing programs to provide enhanced results.
