RDC Elects New Board of Directors

CROWN POINT – At the organization's annual Membership Meeting held at White Hawk Country Club, the Regional Development Company RDC elects new Board of Directors and Officers for the 2016 fiscal year.

Chairman of the Board will be Tom Wilk of Centier Bank. Vice Chair will be Bert Cook of the Greater LaPorte Economic Development Corporation, Treasurer will be John Matthiesen of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, Secretary will be Scott Casbon of First Merchant's Bank and Past Chair will be Linda Hough of CLH PC.

Three new Board Members were added to the 2016 roster:

Steve Nicksic, Bradley Co.
Steve brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the RDC Board. He is located out of Valparaiso, IN.

Gilbert Rynbert, Wintrust Bank
Gil brings more than 25 years of commercial lending and banking experience to the RDC Board. His office is located in Lansing, IL.

David Hinderliter, Chicago Southland Chamber
Dave brings more than 25 years economic development and chamber experience to the RDC Board. His office is located in Homewood, IL.

Re-elected to the 2016 Board were Kevin Beres, LaPorte Savings Bank; Jeff Brant, Brant Construction; Heather Ennis, Northwest Indiana Forum; Bill Hasse, Hasse Construction; Chuck Hughes, Gary Chamber of Commerce; Keven Jennings, Old National Bank; Jim Magera, 1st Source Bank; Dewey Pearman, Construction Advancement Foundation; Cecile Petro, Town of Highland; Tony Peuquet, Chester Construction; Rex Richards, Valparaiso Economic Development Corporation; Dave Ryan, Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce; Todd Scheub, Peoples Bank; Mike Schneider, First Financial Bank; Diane Thalmann, NIPSCO; and Charlie Weaver, Starke County Economic Development Foundation.
