The SJC Chamber and New Avenues are teaming up to offer member businesses employee-assistance opportunities at a reduced rate. SJC CHAMBER MEMBER EAP is a new benefit offered exclusively to member businesses of the Chamber with 50 or fewer employees. Boost employee productivity, attitude and performance by offering the program to your workforce. Program costs are contingent on the total number of member businesses that sign up by November 1, 2014. Rates will average $1 to $1.50 per employee per month. A kickoff event will be held on October 14 to learn more about the EAP program, plus a portion of the session will tackle the topic of Respect & Civility in the Workplace.
