Griffith-based Sounds of Sarah is opening a new 2,000-square-foot office at 22 E. U.S. Highway 30 in Schererville.
The nonprofit organization is focused on prevention, education and public awareness surrounding the dangers of illicit drugs, including fentanyl and counterfeit substances. The organization provides resources, training and educational programming aimed at saving lives and promoting community well-being.
The new office will provide space for administrative operations, volunteer coordination and community programming. The expansion reflects Sounds of Sarah’s continued growth and its commitment to strengthening outreach and educational efforts across Northwest Indiana.
Sounds of Sarah was represented by Julia Turner of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial. The landlord was represented by Chandler Kimmel, also of Latitude Commercial.
“It’s always rewarding to see a mission-driven organization like Sounds of Sarah grow into a space that allows them to better serve the community,” Turner said in a press release.
Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services such as purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation and commercial property management throughout the states of Illinois and Indiana.
