Best Lawyers recognizes NWI attorneys

Fifty-seven attorneys across the Region were recently named to the 2026 Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America lists.

Lawyers from three towns in Northwest Indiana made the list:

  • Chesterton: 4
  • Merrillville: 3
  • Schererville: 2

The 2026 editions mark the 32nd year of The Best Lawyers in America and the sixth year of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America. This year’s lists include 81,420 lawyers across 151 practice areas and over 200 regions in The Best Lawyers in America and 27,241 attorneys in 79 practice areas and 199 regions in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America.
