VALPARAISO – Hoosier Bat Co. in Valparaiso has received the Charle Hum Club Service Award.
Owners Dave and Debbie Cook received the award recently at the annual meeting of the Pitch and Hit Club in Lombard, Ill.
Also honored at the event was former Chicago White Sox manager Tony LaRussa, Washington Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo, and Hall of Fame pitcher Goose Gossage and Hall of Fame broadcaster Milo Hamilton.
