Purdue Northwest to host manufacturers event

Purdue University Northwest will host Demystifying Digital Transformation 2.0 for manufacturing organizations Oct. 23.

The free event will feature a presentation from industry experts, advisors and manufacturing organizations. Presenters will address the importance of having a technology roadmap.

The event is open to all Indiana-based manufacturers and entrepreneurs regardless of size and capabilities. The event is geared towards company leadership, plant/operations managers, technology specialists and factory floor production decision makers.

Attendees will hear a presentation and have time for networking and discussions. The event will provide:

  • Insight on technology implementation from industry leaders
  • Information about advanced manufacturing technology solutions and workforce development training from Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership
  • A qualification assessment for technology readiness
  • Connections to suppliers to aid in the search for the right solution

Demystifying Digital Transformation 2.0 will take place 3:30 to 6 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Purdue Northwest Commercialization and Manufacturing Excellence Center in Hammond. Learn more here.
