Marcone HVAC restructures leadership

St. Louis-based Marcone Group recently completed the reorganization of its HVAC leadership team.

The following leaders now serve under Randall Hudspeth, HVAC president. Hudspeth became the president of Marcone's HVAC division in January.

  • Mike Henderschott, senior vice president of product management
  • Adam Slusher, senior director of product management
  • Ben Merritt, vice president of sales optimization
  • Brian Klaus, vice president of omni-channel engagement
  • Chris Alonso, vice president of HVAC strategic accounts
  • Hector Jimenez, regional vice president of northern New England
  • Ed Doherty, regional vice president in southern New England
  • Steve Raimondi, regional vice president in the upper Midwest
  • Jennie Bryan, regional vice president in the lower Midwest
  • Mark Mininch, vice president and general manager of HVAC Canada

Marcone Group is a distributor of appliances, HVAC, commercial kitchen, plumbing and pool/spa equipment and repair parts. Marcone Group has expanded its footprint in recent years. The company operates about 200 locations in the U.S. and Canada.

“Marcone anticipates industry trends will ramp up moving into 2025, so with this team at the helm, we are positioned to serve our customers with excellence and reliability,” Hudspeth said in a press release.

Marcone HVAC encompasses 12 distributors with 103 branches and five distribution centers. The HVAC division serves 18 U.S. states and Ontario, Canada. Munch’s Supply in Hobart is part of Marcone Group.
