1 Million Cups to host upcoming events

1 Million Cups will be caffeinating Northwest Indiana's entrepreneurs twice a month.

The organization’s next event is Feb. 26. 1 Million Cups will host events the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.

1 Million Cups brings together the Region’s entrepreneurs, innovators, startup founders, business leaders and inventors for networking, presentations and coffee. Munster-based Bean Me Up Roastery will provide free coffee.

The event will take place 8:30 to 10 a.m. Feb. 26 at the Purdue Northwest Commercialization and Manufacturing Excellence Center in Hammond. Learn more here.

Future events will take place March 12 in Valparaiso and March 26 in Crown Point.

1MC is based on the idea that entrepreneurs discover solutions and engage with their communities over a million cups of coffee. 1MC’s goal is to lower the barriers for access to education, resources and connections for entrepreneurs. Created by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in 2012, 1 Million Cups has grown to more than 160 communities.
