MERRILLVILLE – Lisa A. Witt of Braman Insurance has been named Outstanding CSR for Indiana for 2011 by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Witt submitted her winning essay on the topic, “Many insurance service professionals believe that their personal relationships with clients may be threatened by agencies’ and companies’ efforts to use more technology such as the internet, instant messaging and automated systems.”
William T. Hold, president of the National Alliance, said Witt was chosen because she represents the backbone of the insurance community in customer service.
