SCHERERVILLE – Tri Kappa’s Zeta Psi Chapter will hold its inaugural Tri Kappa Dash for the Green 5K Run/Walk on April 22.

The run will raise money to promote charity, culture and education for the community. Last year, Zeta Psi chapter donated more than $10,000 to a variety of organizations, including Meals on Wheels, St. Jude House, scholarships for college-bound students and art scholarships.

The fund-raiser will begin at Lake Central High School and follow the cross country path through the surrounding neighborhoods. The event starts at 8 a.m., rain or shine. To register or for information, call Donna Holmer at (219) 682-4208 or e-mail trikappadash@gmail.com.
