MISHAWAKA — From disco to the digital age, Pathfinders Advertising has endured a lot of changes in the cultural and business landscape since opening its doors in 1979. And now, as the Mishawaka-based agency celebrates its 35th anniversary, it’s heading into the future by continuing to do what it’s always done best for its clients: thinking and working strategically.

“At our core, we have always tried to be a solutions-focused agency. That is, we offer answers that are necessary, not just the ones that are popular,” said agency chief executive and founder, Steve Ball.

That approach continues to work well for Pathfinders, as the full-service marketing agency has an ever-expanding list of local, national and international clients. Starting in a one-room office in downtown South Bend, Ball guided Pathfinders’ through the vast changes in the advertising industry – and society. With so much different today than when he began his business, he’s as energized as ever about the marketing road ahead.
