SOUTH BEND – Nemec Supply Co. has opened a northwest location in South Bend that will serve northern Indiana and southwest Michigan with commercial roofing and sheet metal products.
Nemec Supply, which opened in 1941, is based in Indianapolis. Greg Pink and Anneliese Woolford of CB Richard Ellis/Brady in South Bend, and Tony Hupp of Summit Realty Group in Indianapolis, helped put together the details that allowed Nemec to lease the 16,000-square-foot building.
“We are looking forward to bringing our experience and expertise in wholesale distribution to South Bend,” said Scott Phillips, sales manager of Nemec Supply. “After looking at the northern Indiana market, we feel very comfortable in our decision to expand.”
