The Notre Dame Football season has ended, but there’s still a lot of activity happening around the football stadium. Construction on Campus Crossroads, a $400 million project for the University of Notre Dame, is now underway. The largest project in school history will provide more than 750,000 square feet of new facilities supporting academic and student life initiatives. All facets of the project will be complete by August 2017. According to Notre Dame's economic impact study, the university's employment, spending, students, visitors and research brought in nearly $1.2 billion in economic activity in 2012. That number is expected to grow significantly through the Campus Crossroads project.
