PORTAGE – The packaging firm Manufacturing Solutions International has acquired the Portage location of Graphic Packaging International.

Manufacturing Solutions will move from Ameriplex at the Port into the Graphics Packaging building on Carlson Avenue.

A spokesman for MSI said the acquisition gives the company more room and will allow it to expand production. The acquisition, however, will result in the loss of some office positions.
